About Us
Paul and Alexandra Dedoglou have been operating restaurants for over 40 years.
Serving great food is a passion of theirs and seeing their customers
enjoy what their hands make gives them both much satisfaction and
happiness. Paul & Alex have had several restaurants over the years.
They started with Star Pizza in North Andover, then opened Alex's Roast
Beef & Seafood in Salem, NH for a number of years before deciding to
downsize and come to work together in one restaurant here at Star
Pizza. The restaurants have always been run by the family; Paul, Alex,
and their 4 daughters.
